Dr Daniel Shaw is a dually endorsed Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with over 12 years of experience in private practice, public mental health, and crisis support settings. He holds a Doctor of Psychology (DPsych), and his award-winning research into behavioural addictions provides a strong foundation for his work with complex clinical presentations.
Daniel’s practice focuses on helping individuals navigate the challenges of complex trauma, eating disorders, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). His approach combines high-level clinical expertise with a relational style, focusing on developing practical skills for symptom management while supporting deep, long-term personal growth. He is committed to providing a transparent, evidence-based environment where clients can work toward reclaiming their agency and building a life aligned with their values.
